  • In 2018, Hispanics were 10 percent less likely to have coronary heart disease than non-Hispanic whites.
  • In 2018, Hispanic men and women were 30 percent less likely to die from heart disease as compared non-Hispanic whites.
  • In general, Hispanic American adults are less likely to have coronary heart disease than non-Hispanic white adults. They also are less likely to die from heart disease than non-Hispanic white adults.
