Fad Free, Good Fats... and, ah, Exercise!

Eat yourself healthy! Go nuts, fish out, do veggies, let the olive oil flow, take a bite of the darkest chocolate you can get. Enjoy a walk in the park…or a run if you are so inclined. Start yesterday!

National nutrition month march 2007: Fad FreeMarch is National Nutrition Month, Exit Disclaimer a great time to rethink some of our old bad habits, and try to acquire some good ones. Information is key to a good nutrition, but some times it may be confusing or counterintuitive.

In this section we would like to give you an overview of some resources you may want to use to be informed about nutrition. The most important thing is to see nutrition not as a matter of body weight; or to think in terms of fad diets that will give you back your extra pounds, and then some.
