Members offederally recognized tribes and Alaska Native shareholderscan enroll in Marketplace coverage any time of year. There is no limited enrollment period for these groups, and they can change plans as often as once a month.

Keep or change your current plan.

Investment in Community Health Centers: The law will expand investment in community health centers, making primary care services available to nearly twice as many people. These centers deliver preventative and primary care services regardless of your health status or income.
